Since early 2025, Pixel sur Mer has been piloting a major project to modernize the electronic systems of an exceptional 66-meter sailing yacht designed by Baltic Yachts.

The stakes are high: a complete overhaul of the navigation, data collection and processing systems, as well as optimization of the autopilot and related systems. Our mission is to design and integrate a centralized, reliable and high-performance electronic solution, perfectly adapted to the ship's high technical requirements.

Meeting complex technical challenges

  • Successfully integrate a data acquisition system throughout the boat, capable of reading a hundred sensors with signals specific to each.
  • Offer an easy-to-use system for displaying, monitoring and calibrating all these elements, with a complete overhaul of all on-deck displays.
  • Adapt to the existing system to avoid any regression on safety functions such as MOB (man overboard) or safety alerts.
  • Adapt our steering solution to a hydraulic pilot sized for this type of vessel.

Promising sea trials

The first real-life tests, under sail and engine, carried out in June 2025, have confirmed the relevance of our choices: most of the systems are now operational, and the final phase of testing is underway.

A mobilized and committed team

This wonderful project completes our references in the electronic modernization of exceptional yachts, and paves the way for new challenges to come.
