EXPERIENCED TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an experienced technical sales representative at Pixel sur Mer, you will play a key role in developing our sales and market share in the offshore racing sector.
Your main missions:
- Develop, equip, and retain a client portfolio;
- Implement and structure an effective sales approach with suitable tools;
- Monitor clear KPIs, share progress, refine strategy;
- Representing the company at industry events (trade shows, conferences, competitions);
- Contribute to the development of ambitious projects in a sector as exciting as it is demanding.
PROFILE REQUIRED:
We are looking for committed individuals, capable of understanding the field and accurately representing the company’s know-how and values:
- Solid experience in a B2B sales role within a technical environment (ideally yachting, automotive and aeronautics industries, innovation, high-level sports, etc.).
- Excellent ability to understand complex technological products and promote them to technical stakeholders.
- Proven knowledge of sailing and offshore racing would be a plus
- Proficiency in sales management tools and ability to structure your activity (CRM, reporting, KPI tracking tools, etc.)
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, ability to listen and follow a project through to completion
- Professional attitude: we are looking for a committed, rigorous, reliable, and humble talent, capable of working effectively in a team and assuming responsibilities with professionalism.
- Fluency in English is essential

- Permanent contract based in Lorient
